First Trip to the Park and Store

Last week I decided to adventure out and take the kids to the park and the store. I just wanted to get those two fears out of the way and prov to myself that I could do this.

We went to the park after lunch. I had Spencer in my snugly and the two boys were happy as could be running around the park. We got to a bridge on the play set and I thought Trevor could handle it until I realized it was a wobbly bridge. He took that first step and flew off the side of the bridge. His neck got all tangled in the chain and he was head first in the wood bark.
I was freaking out. I ran over to him with poor Spencer bouncing around like crazy. I picked him up and he starting giggling. I kept my cool so that he wouldn't get upset. I brushed the bark off his face and he was off playing again. The other moms at the park just looked at me like I was #1 crazy for having three kid so close in age and #2 bringing them to the park. I just brushed them off like I did the bark on Trevor's face and we continued to play till the Spencer got unhappy. Which was five minutes later.
I got the kids in the car. Spencer was screaming the top of his lungs and all I could do was laugh. Laugh at my new life I guess. It seems everywhere we go its a big deal and something always goes haywire. But all in all the kids had a blast.

After nap we took a little trip to the store to get a swimming pool for the boys. To my surprise the kids were really good. Not a peep out of Spencer and the other boys just tagged along with me and were really good. It was a pleasant experience that I no longer dread. I now know I can take the kids to the park and store with just minor cuts and bruises. What an accomplishment. LOL

Sorry I dont have a picture of the kids at the park it was to crazy and my hands were too full to even think about taking pictures.
