Spencer is now 3 weeks old and I have been putting off his newborn pictures just cause I can never seem to find the time to focus on the baby for long lengths of time with the other boys running all over the house.
At church on Sunday I was talking to a friend of mine about my ideas for Spencer's newborn pictures. I had told her how I wish I had the time to take pictures of Spencer all curled up in a pile of peanuts. Since he is so tiny and his nickname is peanut it would fit him right. I got a call later that night from my friend and she said she would watch the boys today so I could take that cute picture of Spencer. What a great service for a poor stressed out Mom like me. I took the offer and scheduled Spencer in just as I would my other clients.
So this morning the two boys went over to play at their friends house while I worked really hard to get baby Spencer to fall asleep on peanuts. Not an easy task. It's not the most comfortable bedding. After a long feeding and an hour and a half later I finally got him asleep on the pile of peanuts. Im sure he was having dreams of putting his MaMa to bed on a board of nails. LOL
All in all I think they turned out pretty darn cute. We just love our little peanut.
Due to the fact that I got all three boys down for nap at the same time today I will not be posting more pictures of this session till a later date. So check back later for some more cute peanut shots. For now this tired MaMa is gonna go take a nap too.

I LOVE the peanut picture!!! and the one of him smiling. He is TOO adorable! I can't wait to meet my new nephew in person someday. I wish we didn't live so far away from each other.
