October "1st" marked "1" year in our "first" home. Now thats a lot of ONES to celebrate all together. I decided make the fun day by planning a special birthday party for our home. I even made a cake for the kids to blow candles out. Notice our newly laid sod, and the yellow ribbon by the front door. My brother Ryan "Our Hero" was just sent over to fight in the war. The yellow ribbon symbolizes our love and support for him while he is away.
We had just a normal average dinner, I made a yummy dish out the "Taste of Homes" Magazine. Yummy Ravioli Lasagna. To Die for.
Our present to the house was a Monster Halloween bathroom. The kids loved it so much they spent the majority of the day playing in the "Monster Bathroom" After bath time the boys loved stomping and jumping on the Monster floor rug.
I just had to snap this adorable picture of all the 3 boys jumping on Spencer's little bed. Can I please just freeze time...they're just to precious. I love the friendship they have with one another.
Whats a birthday party without a birthday cake? The boys each got a chance to blow the candles while Spencer spectated the whole event.
This is a start to a fun tradition that we will carry on for years to come. Here's to you little house thats now a HOME.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Youve treated us well this past year and we have really enjoyed making you our own. Here's to another fun year.
