10 Week Ultra Sound

Earlier this week I started spotting. It scared me to death and I worried deeply about the babies health. I couldnt help but call and ask the doctor if I could have an ultra sound just for reassurance. She understand my fears and decided to let me come in and see what was going on. Perry couldnt get off of work his Boss was spending the day with him and my Mom had to watch the kids for me, so I had to go in alone. I have never been so nervous and anxious. I couldnt separate my fears from my intuitions so I just relied on FAITH that everything would be okay.

Turned out our little baby is just fine. The baby is growing perfectly and with no complications. We dont really know why Im spotting, but from the ultra sound nothing is in harms way. baby has a strong heartbeat of 166 and was alive and kicking like crazy. I have never cried such happy tears as I did when the tech turned the screen towards my direction and I saw it kicking and bouncing around. Just an absolute miracle is what it is. I have learned to not take one day for granite. This is God's child and he is in control. I am so relieved that everything is fine. Now I can just relax.
