O' Christmas Tree

I was very depressed over the weekend. Its just not my nature to lay in bed all day. It's really is hard for me, especially knowing all the fun things the kids and Perry were doing. Perry came home late afternoon with the kids and hugged and kissed my lonely tears away. He mentioned to me how wonderful and warm the weather was outside and thought it would be just fine for me to come along and pick out our Family Christmas Tree. I agreed. I had been laying in bed for over 7 hours I needed some fresh air. I may not be 100% on my bed rest, but its good enough for this Mother of 3. We usually drive up into the mountains and cut down our own tree, but this year we felt it was better me and baby to just fork over the money and buy one at the local tree lot. I felt spoiled. It's been a long time since Ive seen a tree so lush, so green, so complete. We found the perfect tree and headed home.

Grandpa and MiMi came along with us to buy their tree too.

Bradley came as well to get some fresh air and be a part of the fun. He loves all the attention. People are just in awe at how big he is for being 8 months old.

MiMi and the two older boys played Rodolph the Red Nose Reindeer.....while

poor Spencer took a much needed nap in the car. Poor kid missed the whole thing. Maybe next year.

After dinner the boys helped Daddy bring the Tree inside.

Perry believes in teaching the boys hard work, even at this early of an age. They dragged that tree all the way up to the door. It was the cutest thing Ive ever seen.

We then proceeded in Decorating our Tree. Very simple for the sake of our puppy dog. As Spencer was drinking his cup of egg nog he shouted out loud his love for "Christmas Milk". How cute is that. From now on we will call this holiday drink "Christmas Milk"

More Christmas Milk Pleeease!

Tyler did the honors of placing the angel on top of the tree this year.

The best part of the evening was relaxing next to our beautiful Christmas tree all lite up and glowing. Even Bradley enjoyed the spirit of the Christmas Tree.
