Creative Spooky Snacks

This month has been jammed pack with big and small events. All moments to cherish and capture so it may take several posts to cover this month.

Lets start with Halloween. I was busy making creative Halloween snacks for the Tyler, Trevor and Spencer's school parties. Even though creating delicious creative snacks is a highlight to motherhood, this year about did me over. Its quite the challenge to make party snacks for 3 of my boys, but I did it and had a lot of fun as well. I even noticed Trevor beginning to find joy in creating fun snacks. He had to put his imagination to work one afternoon as he decorated his sandwich with eye balls and a mouth. He also had fun helping me make the Jello Worms. I love cooking with the boys and sharing my passion for creative meals. Heres a look at the yummy foods I made Halloween week.

Hey and ya better be proud of me. I made up the Tarantula Bites all on my own. The kids in tylers class loved them. You just dangle them above you mouth and try to nibble them of their web. It was fun. I'm thinking of submitting that idea to Family Fun Magazine. I could be a super star. LOL
