With only weeks left before Tyler's 11th Birthday "we" have earned the Weblos badge. I say we because it takes a team effort as a family to succeed in scouting. It's a program created to strengthen children, families and home. With a newly revised program, Perry traveling for work and us moving mid summer I thought for certain it would be the death of me. I am so very proud of both Tyler and I for not giving up and pushing through some tough times to get where we are now (great life lesson). This months theme was "Bravery". Together Tyler and I along with our Assistant Leaders created a fun and exciting Pack Meeting with DYI Hero Capes and extra Hero Games and we let Tyler conduct the whole night as part of his requirments. He also put on a Conservation presentation about conserving water as a city by taking shorter showers. Next month when Daddy visits he will be awarded his Arrow of Light (The highest rank in Cub Scouts). What an accomplishment he can carry with him all the way through adulthood and fatherhood. We love you son and are so very proud of you.
