Guess what? They accepted our offer and Perry and I feel its in our best interest to move forward with the process of owning this home. We are so excited its indescribable. It's a foreclosure home so we got it for 150,000 and will walk in with instant 50,000 equity. A great investment for us. Perry and I had a wonderful visit to the temple. We have never felt so in tune with the spirit as we did that evening. It was really refreshing to know that this is where we need to be. There is gonna have to be some major adjustments in our budget and some challenging sacrifice's we will have to make as we pay off some medical debt. But we feel the Lord will open the doors for success if we continue to strive to be more frugal and keep the spirit strong in the marriage and in the home. I look at this adventure as a challenge but also a blessing. Perry and I have been down some rocky roads with my cancer and its put us in a position where money is beyond tight. We never thought the Lord would place us with such a wonderful home at this time of our lives, but he did. And he did for a reason. We will continue to rely on him throughout this process of change and we believe its only gonna bless our family more and more each day as we strive to be humble and close to the spirit. I know that with Perry and I's strong friendship and love this next exciting challenge will be a true success.

I am SOOO excited for you that you looked at the house I e-mailed her and it works!!! I had a feeling, I told melissa, that this would be perfect for your family!
