With this being our first night in our home we decided to celebrate with our tradition Rib Eye family dinner. My mom (MIMI)watched the boys all day while we moved. Before she brought them back home I worked really hard to clean up the house and make it feel like home. As chaotic it gets moving I wanted to keep our nighttime routine as normal as possible so they felt at home. Once they arrived home I jumped into making dinner. Daddy BQ'd the Rib Eyes and I fixed the sides.I love our new kitchen. its small but feels just right.
This is the first time the kids have been able to reach the bathroom sink. So they just had a blast brushing their teeth and washing their hands together.
Since I kept to our normal night time routine baby Spencer went to bed at his same time. 6:30pm. It was so nice. You could tell he was so happy to finally be sleeping in a crib. He waited 5 long months to have his own bedroom and crib.
Once we got Baby Spencer to bed the two kids jumped in the bath together and had so much fun.
After bath Trevor helped Mommy load the dishes in the dishwasher. Its been a dream come true to have a dishwasher finally. Im in love.
Then we finished off out night with story time. The kids loved their new bedroom and new carpet. They felt so cozy and comfortable. Everyone slept really good. Tyler never even woke up and neither did baby Spencer. Trevor woke up a couple times and just wanted me to cuddle with him but then would go right back to sleep. We had a great first night in our home. One that we will always remember, and one that was full of smiles.

I am so excited for you. Especially the dishwasher. We finally moved into an apartment with a dishwasher and I feel like I'm in heaven...and there's only 2 of us!

That is a glorious day when young siblings begin playing together. Your house looks great! Man, I can't believe how much time and effort you put into it. But, hey, I guess that is much better to get it over with before you even move in, eh? That's awesome!!!
