Prayer for our Family

I will be leaving for Utah this weekend and having surgery this coming Monday December 1st. For those of you that didnt hear I will be going into surgery due to some more cancerous lymph nodes that popped up in the right side of my neck. They will be taking out 50-80 lymph nodes ( a total right neck dissection). Some of them are connected to the Jugular vain and near my vocal cords. Please pray and if you'd like fast on behalf of my family and my little boys which will be without their Mommy or Daddy for a week.Pray that their little hearts will feel the spirit and know their parents love them dearly. Pray that my Mom (MIMI) will be strong, healthy and fit to take care of three rowdy little boys. Pray for peace in my Husbands heart and mind as Im in surgery, pray that my surgeon will have steady hands and the spirit with him as he maneuvers around important nerves and vains. Pray that I can heal fast and hit the floor running when I get home.
Its amazing how Heavenly Father has perfect timing for everything. I am mindful this Thanksgiving of all the wonderful blessing I have in my life. Who would have ever believed I could have 3 beautiful little boys healthy and strong, have a wonderful new home, amazing friends and family, my dear husband who loves and supports me thick and thin, and most important the gospel and priesthood. it doesn't matter how much money or things we have all that matters is that we continue to progress in this life with a full heart and contrite spirit. Family, Friends, and the Gospel are the center of my life. Thanks for all your prayers and support. I will update you all when I return home.

Love, Keri

Good luck Keri! We'll be thinking/praying for you (and Perry and the kids). Also, drive safe! Those roads can get kind of treacherous in the winter.

Of course you'll be in our prayers! I am glad your mom is available to help with the boys, as hard as it is to leave them. You should leave my number for her and maybe Ty could come over for a play date one day! Good luck and we'll all be anxious to hear how it went!
