First Hair Cut

Last fall we slaved over our front yard putting in fresh new sod. Throughout the long, cold, snowy winter we crossed our fingers it would come come back just as green and lush. We wernt able to cut it last fall with it being so new and fresh. Today was a beautiful day. Birds chirping, sun shining, and spring in the air. This last week we have been noticing that our lawn has become very thirsty. We felt it was time to give our grass its "First Hair Cut" The boys watched daddy from the window, as I capture the first mile stone of our newly laid sod. We were proud parents of our lawn and are pleased to see it growing back nice and green and healthy.


Tyler had to help Daddy with the blower at the end. He found much joy in blowing his poor MaMa's hair into a birds nest. Silly little boy. LOL
