Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Christmas Eve:
We kept with our tradition and had a "Christmas Eve Pizza Party". First we made some fresh cookies for Santa.

Then the boys got to open their Christmas Eve Presents which is always usually Christmas Jammies.

We then watched "The Christmas Story" while eating pizza and decorating our cookies.

I was not feeling well Christmas Eve. Lots of contractions and major back pain. I just laid on the couch while the kids covered themselves in cookie frosting. I just kept wishing that Baby Ryan would just hold off for the next two days. Indeed he did. Luckily no baby came through the Holidays. The best gift of all.

We then sat around the table singing Christmas Carols and sipping on warm Egg Nog/Milk. This was a great way to settle down the night and prepare for bedtime. Tyler loved playing the carols on this special little harp.

We then set out cookies and some healthy snacks for Santa, read "The Night Before Christmas" and headed to bed for a long winters nap.

Christmas Morning:
4:30am came to soon(thats when Tyler woke up and coudnt sleep anymore).....as for Perry and I we pulled an all ngihter. I was up all night tossing and turning as you do the last weeks of your pregnancy, and Perry joined me with his childlike excitement for Christmas. The two younger boys actually slept in till 7:00am so Tyler, Mommy, and Daddy partied quietly in the early morning waiting for the younger brothers to wake. Within a Half an Hour of us all being awake our presents were torn open and little hands were busy at play.

The two little boys got their Scooters

And Tyler got his 60 Dart Nerf Gun. We had 3 super happy little boys.

The boys got Daddy a real popcorn popper. It was the perfect gift for a house full of pop corn lovers.

Trevor got a Pillow Pet from Tyler. He has been wanting one of these forever. He was so happy.

Bradley got a Mammoth Bone. He was a good boy this year.

Tyler and Trevor both got a Leapster Explorer from Mom and Dad.

I have just been to fat, to pregnant, to lazy to take a ton of pictures this year. So this is our only picture of Christmas Day at Mimi's. We had a lot of fun opening presents, playing games, cooking and just being together as a family. It was a great night with lots of yummy food.
