Baby Blue Eyes

My little angel is 2 weeks old today. He is an amazing baby. Up until yesterday all he would do is eat and sleep. He would sleep anywhere up to 4-6 hours and feed in between like a champ. Him and I make a great team, but through his long naps I have missed him terribly every minute that goes by. Yesterday while I was feeding him I noticed his eyes open and look up at me. I sang a song to him and we both locked eyes. It was magical in every way. A moment I will never forget. As we locked eyes it felt as though I was looking straight through heaven. His little spirit is so new and so fresh from heaven you can really feel that connection while gazing in his eyes. I feel a special bond with this little guy, one I cant explain. We've been through a lot together these past 9 months and its such a blessing to feel his love through a simple glimps in his eyes. I have lost my camera charger so I had to take this picture with my cell phone. It didnt turn out as good as I had hoped, but this is a picture of Ryan with his sweet "Baby Blue Eyes" wide open and ready to see the world up close.
