4 Boys on the 4th

We started the day off with red, white and blue pancakes

Then Daddy took the boys outside to wash the jeep while Mommy stayed inside and took a quick power nap.

We then did a little family photo shoot with just the boys.

I love my little Irish twins, arnt they adorable. They are both the same weight and height right now, isnt that crazy.

and of course Baby Ryan the star of the show. He was not a fan of the family photo shoot as you can tell. He and I are both a little on the moody side this weekend as we transition into a new feeding and nap schedule.

We spent the afternoon decorating our bikes for the 4th of July Bike Parade. Our giant puppy dog didnt mind laying smack dab in the middle of our art station. Silly dog.

I then threw together a salad for our picnic and off we headed to the Church Parking lot for a good old 4th of July picnic.

I just made this idea up and I was pretty impressed at how patriotic it came out. Just throw together a bunch of strawberries, blueberries, and marshmallows. Sprinkle with some sugar and water then stir and let sit. Super easy...my kind of salad.

Tyler with his totally awesome 4th of July bike.

and Baby Ryan just chilling in his saucer

Time for the BIKE PARADE. Go! Spencer!

Yeah go Trevor!

Watch our for Speedy Gonzales. Go! Tyler!

and cant forget a snap shot of the two love birds. Perry was busy and engaged in a water fight and I was having a blast playing with the kids. I rode around on my cruiser bike and also broke out the good old Roller Blades and showed off my mad skills too. Tyler pulled me around on his bike and the kids thought it was so fun having Mom around to play. It was a fun night.

and now for a little "must-have" photo shoot. Ryan's First 4th of July. Gotta get the cute baby pics in. Dont'cha just love his sparkly blue eyes.

Time for some Fireworks. We parked next to our good friends Sarah and Zack and let our kids pile into our trailer. We put on our neon glow sticks and gathered close together with the kids on our laps. We had Aunt Melanie, Uncle Micah, MiMi, and Grandpa with us also. It was a great time with our family and friends.

Baby Ryan taking it all in. Curious yet sceptical all at the same time.

The Lawson and Romeo kids all piled in the back of our trailer having the time of their life. Cheering, shouting, and a bunch of ohhhh ahhhhh-ing.

After a while baby Ryan starting babbling and squealing as he was able to notice the fireworks in the sky. He loved the bright lights and all the cheering around him.

and of course more pics of Baby Ryan. Gotta love his facial expressions. Priceless!

My little Ty-ger.

I couldnt get the kids to bed fast enough.

What a great Holiday. My thoughts are turned towards my Brother Ryan tonight as we celebrated the freedom in this country and his willingness to continue to fight for our rights. Ryan leaves for Afghanistan this winter and the Yellow Ribbon on my front porch will continue to fly high.
