Over Christmas Break Uncle Ryan come home from war in Afganastan. He barely made it home for Christmas, due to the long process that goes with traveling home. It was the best present ever having him home safe and sound. We missed him so much and prayed for his safe return everyday. We enjoyed many yummy homecook meals and family outings. The boys loved every minute spent with Uncle Ryan. It was nice having him home.
This year for Christmas we as a family didnt have much money to spend, Perry's job is crumbling. So this year our presents were very simple and enexpensive. Due to our tight budget we wernt expecting anything fancy in return. Much to our surprise just after giving Uncle Ryan opened our small gift of homemade beef jerky we made him, he surprised us with a flat screen TV. It was a pleasant surprise that filled our eyes with tears of gratitude. We would have never been able to afford one of these TV's. It was a true blessing. Thank You again Uncle Ryan. We love it. And to top it off Aunt Melanie and Uncle Micah handed down their Wii Game System to the boys for Christmas too. We are grateful for all the wonderful surprises we recieved this Christmas, including Uncle Ryan's safe return home.
On my Birthday Perry and Uncle Ryan took the boys up to Scheels for some guy time. The play target practice and took a ride on the gynormous Farris Wheele.
Happy Birthday Mommy, we're all having fun with Daddy and Unncle Ryan, we hope youre enjoying your nice quite nap.
Thank You Ryan and Perry for spending the day with the boys and giving me a much needed nap on my birthday. It was a real treat.
